Jillian Meher, MA, LPC

Is there something holding you back from becoming the person you want to be? Change is possible and you don't have to do it alone. As a counselor, Jillian helps people who feel overwhelmed and stuck find tools to help them live more meaningful and fulfilling lives. She has experience working with people being held back by eating disorders, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, self-harm, and difficult life transitions.

Jillian especially enjoys helping young women who have an unhealthy relationship with food to overcome unhealthy eating behaviors and feel at home in their own bodies. She believes that each person is unique and is served best by an individualized approach in helping them to achieving their goals.

She uses Feedback Informed Treatment to ensure that her clients are benefiting from the time together and achieving the results they want. One of Jillian's top priorities is for clients to feel empowered and supported on their journeys from surviving to thriving.  Jillian completed studies at the Alliance Graduate School of Counseling where she received her MA in Mental Health Counseling.
