Tamara O’Shea, MAT, LAMFT

Sometimes we believe negative things about ourselves that keep us stuck because we have a self-critical voice inside us.

Sometimes we feel held back from realizing our potential because of a deep-rooted identity in shame.

Together, we can explore these issues, working alongside each other, and with thoughtful understanding and encouragement, help you find freedom from the critical voice we often hear in ourselves.

Tamara takes a direct and positive approach to counseling, identifying your strengths and building on those strengths to help you find fulfillment and peace. She uses the therapeutic technique that best aligns with helping you heal.

Tamara has her LAMFT from Liberty University and her MAT in Art Therapy from New York University, and is Certified in PREPARE/ENRICH Premarital and Marriage Counseling.
