Esther Lee, MA Intern

As a graduate intern therapist, I’m honored to walk alongside individuals seeking healing, emotional clarity, and hope. Meaningful change begins in a safe and supportive relationship, where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and respected.

As a 1.5 generation Korean American, I bring a culturally sensitive and relational approach to therapy, with deep respect for each client’s unique story. I understand the importance of navigating identity, relationships, and life transitions within the context of culture, faith, and personal experience. My role is to meet you with compassion and insight as we explore what’s weighing on your heart.

My clinical interests include trauma work and evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I aim to create a collaborative space where you feel empowered to fully understand yourself, develop new tools, and take steady steps toward healing.

I offer therapy in English and conversational Korean. I currently see clients in our Midland Park office and via telehealth. Cindy Picht, LPC, supervises me as a graduate intern.
