Empowering Growth and Inner Strength
As a therapist, I believe in the power of empathy and empowerment to create meaningful change. I work closely with older teenagers, young adults, and adults, helping you build the coping strategies and resilience needed to face life’s most difficult challenges. Through compassionate, nonjudgmental conversations, I aim to help you uncover fresh perspectives and set achievable, impactful goals that align with your personal journey.
Specialized Support for Life’s Toughest Challenges
I offer support for a variety of emotional and mental health challenges, including anxiety, negative thinking patterns, self-esteem issues, grief, and relationship difficulties. Together, we’ll explore the treatment approaches that best meet your needs. This may include evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I also work with clients to examine attachment styles, process past family trauma, and leverage a strength-based approach to therapy.
Whether you’re focused on personal growth or seeking balance during a challenging time, I will walk with you every step of the way, ensuring you never have to face your struggles alone.
My Qualifications
I’m fully licensed in New Jersey as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Alliance Graduate School of Counseling.
