My areas of specialty and focus are:
Parenting Challenges: Supporting parents in navigating the complexities of raising children, particularly those with special needs like Down Syndrome.
Individuals with Intellectual and other Disabilities: Teach emotional regulation skills, and processing what they need based on their level of understanding by slowing down my speech, repeating topics and using visuals as needed.
Marriage and Relationship Dynamics: Helping couples maintain and strengthen their relationships, especially when facing the pressures of family life and external demands.
Special Needs Advocacy: Providing guidance to families raising children with special needs, drawing from your personal experience as a mother to a child with Down Syndrome.
