Many of us struggle with a persistent, self-critical voice that tells us we’re not good enough. This
inner dialogue can trap us in a cycle of negative beliefs, holding us back from reaching our true
potential and leaving us feeling stuck, anxious, or even depressed.
Maybe you’re burdened by a deep-rooted sense of shame, which colors how you see yourself and
your place in the world. This can make it hard to move forward, embrace who you truly are, and
find peace in your daily life. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, or trauma, there is
hope—and you don’t have to face these struggles alone.
I’m Tamara, an art therapist based in New Jersey, and I’m here to help you break free from that
critical inner voice and the weight of shame holding you back. With a compassionate yet direct approach, I’ll work alongside you to uncover your strengths and help you rewrite the narrative
that’s been limiting you.
Through art therapy or traditional counseling, we’ll explore the challenges that keep you feeling
stuck. My goal is to help you heal and find fulfillment, using a therapeutic approach tailored to
your unique needs—whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, or emotional trauma.
With a LAMFT from Liberty University, a MAT in Art Therapy from New York University, and
certification in PREPARE/ENRICH Premarital and Marriage Counseling, I bring both
professional expertise and creative insight to our sessions. Together, we’ll work toward finding
freedom, peace, and renewed self-worth.
You don’t have to stay trapped in the past. Let’s work together to silence that critical voice and
help you embrace a future filled with possibility and peace.
